Lemon Bottle
Ingredients, claims and what we know
Lemon Bottle is promoted for reducing stubborn pockets of fat. If you’re wondering what it contains and whether evidence supports those claims, those are reasonable questions.
The name sounds simple. The information surrounding it is more complicated. Familiar ingredients help explain its appeal, but knowing what an ingredient does only tells us part of the story.
This article examines SID MEDICOS’ LemonBottle Ampoule Solution. Its published formula should not be assumed to describe every bottle sold under a similar name.
What ingredients are in Lemon Bottle?
The brand highlights three ingredients:
- Riboflavin, or vitamin B2: helps your body turn food into usable energy. That normal nutritional function does not establish that introducing it into a particular area removes fat there. NIH information about riboflavin
- Lecithin: is a mixture of fatty substances used in formulations to help fats and water mix. That property alone does not demonstrate that it removes unwanted body fat. PubChem: Lecithins
- Bromelain: is a group of enzymes from pineapple. Enzymes help chemical reactions happen; bromelain breaks down proteins. That activity alone does not demonstrate that this mixture dissolves fat. NIH information about bromelain
The published formula also includes water, pineapple extract, pentylene glycol, sodium chloride, and extracts of Centella asiatica, Salvia miltiorrhiza root, chamomile and Scutellaria baicalensis root. The product page does not state how much of each ingredient it contains.
Despite the name, lemon does not appear in the official Lemon Bottle ingredient list.
Is Lemon Bottle a peptide?
Lemon Bottle is a branded mixture, rather than a single identified peptide. A peptide is a short chain of amino acids, the building blocks used to make proteins.
You may see “Lemon Bottle peptide” in searches or product discussions. The name alone does not establish the formula, concentration or contents of a particular bottle.
Why do some people believe Lemon Bottle works?
The advertising connects its ingredients with processing fat, breaking it down and removing it from the body. Alongside before-and-after photographs, that creates an appealing explanation. These are the brand’s claims, however, and they require evidence from the finished product.
The useful question is whether studies show that this specific mixture, used in the way being offered, delivers the promised result.
What do the studies show?
A recent study announcement deserves a closer look.
In August 2026, SID MEDICOS reported improvements in cellulite appearance after 33 women used Ampoule Solution with a skin roller for four weeks. The assessment involved their thighs. The announcement does not provide the full study report or enough detail to determine how much of the improvement came from the solution itself. Company study announcement
That finding concerns skin appearance following use with a roller. It does not establish that injecting Lemon Bottle safely removes fat.
During our review, we did not find published trials with a comparison group establishing its effectiveness when injected. Important questions remain unanswered, including how much change someone could expect and how long it might last.
What should you know about Lemon Bottle injections?
There is a significant difference between injection advertising and the intended use the company has stated.
In an update published by Swissmedic in June 2024, SID MEDICOS described the original Ampoule Solution as a cosmetic for external use, not intended for injection. Swissmedic had also found samples whose contents did not match their labels. The company said it could not verify that those samples were authentic, so those findings should not be attributed to every genuine bottle. Swissmedic warning and company response
In March 2025, the US FDA identified LemonBottle Ampoule Solution sold through Amazon for injectable fat reduction as an unapproved drug. FDA warning letter
Before considering a procedure, ask a qualified medical professional to identify the exact product, explain its intended use and show the evidence supporting the proposed treatment. Familiar ingredients and attractive photographs leave too many questions unanswered to make that decision about Lemon Bottle.
